Nataly Shevchenko specializes in the field of international corporate transactions, with focus on emerging American, Russian, Ukrainian and other Eastern European companies. She brings her legal and business experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, complex and diverse, industry-specific transactions relating to oil and gas transactions, nuclear fuel & waste management, telecommunications, aeronautics, technologies transfers and consumer products to our clients, focused on identifying opportunities and avoiding pitfalls.
Nataly Shevchenko is responsible for Meridican’s operations in Europe and Asia. For the last decade Nataly has been charged with expanding Meridican’s business interests in new geographies and driving the full range of Meridican services across all markets. She also leads Meridican’s global client management initiative, coordinating the work of the company’s global client managers and developing best practices that ensure Meridican’s high standards of client service are consistent across all operations.
Nataly Shevchenko has been extremely successful in serving as the principal source of contact with Meridican’s international partners and clients including State owned space agencies and military establishments, research and scientific organizations, high tech companies, and global lobbying entities on projects ranging from nuclear waste to nuclear fuel to aeronautics to clean fuel initiatives.
Nataly Shevchenko joined Gallagher Malloy & Georges, P.C. in 2000 in the capacity of Legal Consultant, and has shifted her focus to international work thru Meridican since the company’s establishment in 2003. She went on to become Meridican’s Director and Vice President of International Division, where she led Meridican’s expansion throughout Europe, Asia and Africa and helped develop large number of clients across these geographies.
Prior to joining Gallagher Malloy & Georges, P.C. and Meridican, Inc., Nataly Shevchenko worked at a multinational company based in Moscow, Russia in the capacity of a legal counsel, and prior to that as Assistant District Attorney and criminal prosecutor at the General’s Prosecutor’s Office in Ukraine. She holds a Juris Doctor Degree in Law from Kharkov Judiciary Academy and is admitted to the bar in Ukraine. Nataly speaks English and Russian. Log in or register to post comments
